After seven years in the business of finding flats and apartments to rent in Madrid, we have amassed a considerable amount of data on the rental market. You might be interested to know which are the cheapest, and which are the most expensive areas. Short term let prices are proportionally higher depending on the duration of the let, the shorter the time period the more expensive the rent.
