I have lived in Madrid for 4 years and had a unique situation. I needed a short term lease, but knowing the city well and having a limited budget made me a picky client. Mike and Eliana had 3 places for me to look at on the very same day I met them, but then I had to put my search on hold as my situation was up in the air. They were so tolerant of my indecision and ended up getting me the place I loved at a price I could afford. Every other flat that I've lived in Madrid I've found on my own, but having worked with Mike and Eliana, I would never bother to find a place myself again. They were a true pleasure to work with both on a personal and professional level and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a flat here.
