A big thanks to Mike and Eliana for all their efforts in helping me find a place in Madrid which turned out to be a tougher task than I had anticipated. With their help I finally got a place in the area I wanted, within my budget and which fitted my other specifications. I was particularly impressed with their availability during the process, especially on evenings and weekends when one or both would be on hand to offer advice or schedule another appointment. A feature of their service which I found particularly useful was the e-mails they send for each apartment/appointment giving a photo of the property with a map and all the relevent details needed both to find it easily and get and make an assessment of it before the visit with price, size, etc. I would have no hesitation in recommending their service to others particularly those arriving in Madrid for the first time.
