We Do This

In order to find your rented home as quickly and effectively as possible we must first establish your requirements and needs. To do this we need you to answer the following questions:

When will you be arriving in Madrid?
How long will you be staying in Madrid?
What is your budget?
What type of accommodation are you looking for?
In what areas of Madrid would you like to live?

Once we have established these points one of our multilingual staff will explain the strong and weak points of living in the areas of Madrid that interest you. They will also advise you on what budget is necessary in the areas you have chosen on the basis of the type of accommodation you require, studio flat, one bed apartment etc. and your length of stay. They will then explain all other aspects concerned with renting properties in Madrid, local customs and laws, payment of bills, deposits, rental contracts etc.

Now you are ready to be housed! In a maximum period of 24 hours INNOVA will provide you with a minimum of two or three appointments to view properties that meet your requirements. Once these properties have been viewed by you, or us on your behalf, you will either take one of the properties or inform us accordingly so we can send you more appointments to see more properties that fit your needs. We carry on repeating this process until you find the property you require. Average housing time, 72 hours!!

Once you have found a suitable property we will negotiate with the landlord on your behalf or help and advise you with the negotiation and contract signing processes.

Now that you are housed we continue to help you with utility connections, internet, residency cards or any other issues with which you might need our assistance.

Finally, INNOVA also provides a 30 day guarantee whereby if, for any reasonable cause, you are not happy with the property you have taken we will house you again for free.
